What is the best way to contact the Thai Bag Co?

The easiest way to contact us is by email: currently site is under construction this email is not working at the moment.

To save you a phone call, we kindly ask that you send us a message to WhatsApp to our company number +44 (0) 7445177281 we will try an answer your bag enquiry as soon as we can.

We also recommend using our site live chat facility during office hours and looking forward to answering any bag questions that you have. This facility will be available when the site is finished.

Do you keep stock of all the Thai designer bags?

We do keep a large stock of Thai Bags for our standard collections in a variety of different colours, However if we are out of stock for any bag design we will require a minimum of 28 days production time as all items are handmade in Thailand, these bags are handmade and not mass produced items. If you require a bespoke bag design we will need between 4 to 6 weeks to deliver your special design. All our bags are made in Thailand and they are imported by airfreight back to the UK.

How do I place my bag order?

Its so easy to order you chosen bag design online, simply place the item in your shopping cart and continue to follow the steps until you reach the payment gateway to pay for the bag, the shipping cost will also be calculated before you make the final payment. If you are having any problems ordering or have any bag related questions please get in touch by email or use our live chat facility and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

What are the delivery charges from your online shop?

The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, unlike other companies we make no profit from shipping the goods and you only pay what it costs us to send out your bag design. The Thai Bag Co uses Royal Mail and DHL for UK post and also international deliveries. If you would like a quotation for any internal or international postage costs please use our live chat facility or use the contact us page with your enquiry and we will respond asap to your questions.

Do you charge extra for a bespoke Thai bag designed product?

We really want to help you and design that perfect bag, if you have any bag design ideas that you want turned into a reality or you have seen a particular bag style on our website and you wanted to see if we can make a few adjustments to size or colour then please get in touch! After we have established what you want to do, it will then be possible to give you a price including shipping costs, please note that any bespoke handbag design can take up-to 6 weeks for handmade production and importing from Thailand.

What is the best way to order my new designer bag?

The easiest way to order your new Thai bag design is online through our shopping cart, where you can take the payment and we will give you full instructions regarding production and delivery times. For security reasons we now no longer handle any card details over the phone, any orders will need to go via our secure SSL payment gateway online or if you don't have a credit or debit card we are happy for you to make a direct bank deposit for your new bag order. Will I get a receipt or invoice for my new bag order?

After you have placed your order online you will receive a full sales receipt that you can store or print out, for any bespoke bag order we will send you a payment receipt for your records.

How long will delivery take from your store?

If we have the chosen bag design in stock, delivery to the UK will only take a few days using Royal Mail or DHL as our preferred couriers, If we are ordering you a handmade bespoke design we recommend you allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. These bags are not mass produced items and made by hand, each bag has so many different design options. We allow our skilled artisan team 14 days to weave each bag and once they have been checked for quality control we then arrange DHL our chosen courier in Thailand to collect the bags airfreight and ship them back safely to the UK, once they land with us we will then ship out your order. Please be aware that at any time you can request a delivery update.

What are my options if I have a faulty bag delivered?

Our Thai bags are made by our skilled artisans in Thailand, and they really take a great pride when constructing each bag design, before the bags are shipped to the UK our site production manager checks all handmade work to ensure we have created the perfect product, in the unlikely event that you receive your order and you have any issues with the quality of the product or any damage caused in transit, we will be more than happy to refund your order within 7 days of delivery, however we really believe that this will not happen because we take so much pride when creating every bag, each bag is a work of art and we truly love a perfect 5 star review.

Can I cancel my bespoke bag order if I change my mind?

If we start production on a bespoke bag order, payment will be taken prior to manufacturing, we really hope that you would not wish to cancel any order with us and sadly cancelling any order will not be an option as materials will have been purchased In Thailand to create your bag design, If for any reason you are unsure we recommend you not placing an order.

What courier do you use to deliver my new bag order?

Our chosen couriers in the UK are Royal Mail, DPD & DHL, for all international shipping orders we only use DHL airfreight, each service will have a full tracking facility, details we be passed on to every customer, please be aware we only charge you what it costs us to for international shipping services.

Will I have to pay any additional costs after ordering my bag design?

Simply NO, once you have placed your order online or discussed ordering a bespoke design the price quoted online is what you will pay, we promise no hidden surprise charges or fees after ordering.

Do you take full payment for my bag once it has been ordered?

We will always take the full payment for the bag order at the end of the shopping cart process, any bespoke bag orders will need to be paid for prior to our team in Thailand starting manufacturing on your design. If for any reason the bags is out of stock we will contact you with a production lead time, if your not happy we can simply issue you a full refund.

If for any reason you cannot supply my bag will I get a full refund?

Yes if we can’t supply your bag for any reason you will receive a full refund back to your card or a full bank transfer will be actioned.

Can I talk to anybody prior to ordering a new bag design?

Do you offer any international shipping services?

Yes we can ship products all over the world with the help of our partner courier DHL, all international shipping will be charged at what it costs us! We do not make any money from shipping charges, occasionally we will need to contact DHL to confirm a shipping price to your chosen location, we must also be able to confirm your address prior to shipping your bag.

Will you contact me if there is any issue with my order?

Once you have placed your bag order we will always give you a lead time for production and delivery, if anything was to change we will always contact you and give you any updated information.

Are these bags available in different sizes and colours?

Every bag that we make in Thailand is done by our skilled team and hand woven to order. We can adjust colours and sizes to match your requirements and we will always give you a full costing prior to ordering any bespoke bag design. We are happy to advise you on any request or idea that you might have, If you are looking for any colour inspiration you can view our colour swatch online, please allow for some slight colour changes due to computer screen settings brightness etc, everybody's computer screen is different. Yes all of our bag designs are made by hand, we can help you make a totally unique bag design with a blend of colours and styles to suit your needs, simple call or message us on live chat or use the contact us page now to discuss your design ideas and lets see if we can bring your bag idea to life. After we have discussed the design we will give you a price to complete the order. Please note that all handmade designs will require a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks to send out from Thailand.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes your welcome to call us for a chat, but we cant take any bag payments over the phone, all orders need to be done securely online and we also accept bank transfers, if you don't have a credit or debit card, we will advise you the best way to order your bag it wont be difficult to do, if you prefer to use the site live chat option maybe this will save you the cost of a phone call.

I don't have a debit or credit card will you still be able to accept my order?
